Personality: Psycho is very... insane. He's bat shit crazy. He will fight with anything that moves if he is really intrigued to do so. He is almost never angry nor sad, he always has one of those cocky smiles that gives you the chills at night. The only thing he can be serious or mad about is if someone is hurting his sewer rat friends, as those are his only friends. He always talk and there will never be a dull moment when he's around, almost to the point where he becomes too annoying to be around. He can either be active or a couch potato. When psycho is hungry, anything that can be considered edible will be eaten (alive or dead). Defiantly a cannibal and a people eater, but will never eat anything known as a "child/baby". Will also flirt with anything, like his own food for example.

He spends most of his time near the more deserted areas as it doesn't rain as much.
